Ordering a portrait to an Artist can be an overwhelming task, without a process, and order. In Ody's Portraits, we work under the concept of "come first, get first". Nevertheless, it is not always possible to finish an art-work on a specific date. There are many external factors involved and it is not possible to have control over all of them. After all, I don't like being rushed during work, it could be yours!

My work takes time. I get sure that every portrait I make, receives my complete attention. Every piece of art bears dedication and affection and that is exactly what makes me get the heart and soul of every dog I lay eyes on. And that is the reason why my clients come back every time and they patiently wait for their portrait to be made. I try to make sure I understand my clients' needs.

 

How to order? You can either contact Ody's Portraits via our "contact" page, or you can send us a message via email, or via WhatsApp for real-time communication.

Here are five easy steps to follow, to order your portrait:

 

STEP ONE: SEND YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

Once making contact with Ody's Portraits, which could also be through our accounts on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, we need to receive your photographs.

This is the essential point of the process. It is an indispensable requirement that they have good quality, focus, and clarity. This is truly fundamental. The better photos you send, the better your portrait. Please check the Section "TIPS FOR BETTER PICTURES" on our Homepage. Remember including your complete address where you want to receive your package.

STEP TWO: DEPOSIT

Once you send your photographs, if you have a clear idea of the type of portrait you want, the number of pets that will appear, and the size, you can make the payment, after checking our prices. We have Payment Buttons on our page, for your convenience. (We also offer a "Payment Form" from PayPal, if you prefer).

STEP THREE: HOLD ON WHILE IN PROCESS
We know how it is waiting for something you paid in advance: like those few days, to get your new dress from your dressmaker, or like those couple of hours, until your son's birthday cake is customized at the bakery. This is why we thank you so much for your patience and confidence. Time is a relative concept, and more, when the result exceeds the expectations. That is precisely our outcome.  At Ody's Portraits, we always inform our clients when the art-work is finished.

 

STEP FOUR: WE PACK AND SEND, YOU RECEIVE

This is when we gently ask you to cover shipping expenses for your package to be sent. The quote for your specific case will be sent, accordingly to the address you assigned for that purpose.

After all the time and effort dedicated to the work of art, we make sure that our final product is packed under the same standards of excellence and sent to you via UPS International Packaging.

STEP FIVE: COMMENTS REQUESTED

We kindly request a message from you once you receive your package, and one more when you look at your dog's portrait. We like to know everything was fine with your package handling and everything was fine with the art-work, too. We need to know if you liked it.
